At Falconwood Preschool, we want every family to know about the financial support available to help with childcare costs. Two main government schemes could mean your child enjoys funded hours with us each week.
15 Hours Funded Childcare – Eligible 2-Year-Olds
Some 2-year-olds can get 15 hours of funded childcare per week during term time.
You may qualify if you receive certain benefits or your child meets specific criteria, such as having additional needs.
30 Hours Childcare Funded – Working Families (3 & 4-Year-Olds)
If you work and your child is aged 3 or 4, you could get up to 30 hours of funded childcare per week during term time.
You may be eligible if:

You (and your partner, if applicable) each work at least 16 hours a week

You earn above the minimum threshold but less than £100,000 each per year
